AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

That I, ROWANA SALONGA MAGALLANES, of legal age, widow, Filipino, and

residing at Purok 6, Brgy. Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, do hereby
depose and say to wit:

1. That I am one of the surviving heirs of the late Soledad O. Salonga who died
on May 23, 1991 at Brgy. Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del
Sur;

2. That the late Soledad O. Salonga is the child and heir of the late Pedro B.
Omandam who died on October 1975 leaving a certain parcel of land with Lot
No. 8286 and TD No. 16-18-0001-01139 containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) square meters and registered under
the name of my grandfather, situated in Purok 6, Barangay Poblacion, Ramon
Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur;

3. Pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, I am entitled to

the inherited property of my deceased mother by right of representation and
all other rights appurtenant thereto;

4. That, I am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to truth that there I am
an heir of the said deceased and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 20 th day of

December 2023 at Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines.
