Demand Notice for payment of Loan Instalment

Dear Customer,

We are privileged to have you as our valued customers.

We, Arthan Finance Private Limited (“the Company” / “AFPL”), an NBFC, having its registered office at
302, 3rd Floor, Building No. 2 Star Hub, Sahar Airport Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059, serve upon
you this demand notice regarding payment of your monthly instalment/ loan payment against your
Customer ID No. 5950 sanctioned on 24-12-2021.

You have approached the Company seeking business loan through our Branch Baramati / through Loan
Service Provider Arthan Finance Pvt. Ltd, and on the basis of various documents, representation and
information submitted by you, and after completion of requisite formalities, the Company disbursed the
said loan amount, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the loan documents. As per
the loan agreement executed inter-se, you undertook to perform all the obligations stated therein, which
included timely and regular payment of all instalments including interest and charges as per sanction
letter and charges as per Schedule of Charges communicated from time to time.

As per the terms and conditions, you were required to pay your loan instalments on every due date
04-11-2023. You have failed/missed/bounced/neglected to make the payment of your instalments on the
due date.

You are hereby called upon to forthwith pay the instalment amount of Rs. 4,10,875, within 7 days from
the date of receipt of this notice, failing which, we shall be constrained to recall the loan amount or to
initiate appropriate legal proceedings including but not limited to civil and/or criminal proceedings and/or
police complaint, entirely at your cost and consequences which could entail imprisonment, hefty fines,
including attachment and sale of your property/asset, if any.
Accordingly, you are advised to clear the aforesaid amount immediately to avoid recall of the entire
outstanding dues, further levy of default and penal charges and legal action.
