Your request for the post of Sweeper has been received and considered favorably by the
management of the Kol Valley Institute of Nursing, Nehar (Koldam) Harnora, Bilaspur, HP.

Therefore, you are hereby selected for the post of Sweeper on monthly-consolidated salary. If
appointment is accepted then you may join within 10 days from the issue of this letter. The salary
will be paid from the date of joining on monthly basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The above Clinical Instructor/Tutor/Lecturer/Principal/labourer is hereby engaged on


contract basis from the date of issue of these orders initially for one year, which can be
extended for more years on year to year basis.
2. The appointee on contractual basis will be paid fixed consolidate salary. No amount will
be paid for vacation period.
3. The Service can be terminated at any time on short notice, if the performance/conduct is
not found satisfactory.
4. The appointee shall sign an agreement with the management/Director.
5. The appointee will be entitled for one-day casual leave after putting one month service.
The leave can be accumulated up to one year. No leave of another kind is admissible.
The appointee shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement.
6. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the Director/Principal shall
automatically lead to the termination from the contract. The salary for the absence will
not be given.
7. The appointee is entitled to TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with official
duty under HP Govt. rules on minimum of the Contractual salary.
8. The appointee has no right to claim for regularization.
9. The appointee shall have to produce the attested copies of his/her qualification
certificates with pass port size photograph.
10. The Clinical Instructor/Tutor/Lecturer/Principal/labourer appointed shall have to give
one month prior notice in case of leaving the job.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable, he/ she should report for duty within 10
days from the issue of these orders failing which the appointment shall stand automatically
cancelled.
