If you want a change and feel better you should eat healthy and do exercise. 8. You should learn more things like play the guitar and learn French. 9. You should compliment yourself. 10. You should distract yourself with nature. 11. You should ignore the bad comments. 12. You shouldn’t hang out with people who only judge you. 13. You shouldn’t follow stereotypes if you try to change do it for yourself and not for the society. 14. You should find people with who you feel comfortable. 15. You should accept that you are unique <3.
