“Knowledge is a sword of those who have no sword, and knowledge is wealth of
those who have no wealth, and knowledge is beauty of those who have no beauty.” As this
Arabian saying comes forth of my mind and riddle me out if how far does knowledge can
take us, and make me wander if how much knowledge can give us. This saying compromises
many things that could eradicate the biggest contagious disease such as ignorance, that may
enlighten the people of Bangsamoro if only if they knew its essence. And as the Prophet
Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Seek knowledge from cradle ‘til grave” and I second that, as I
consider it obligatory and in order to fully obtain freedom from this world. I have quoted
some of the statement of Dr. Arsalan Diamaoden that “The challenges we faced yesterday
makes us stronger today. Our past is already part of our history.” I instantly remembered a
thousand memories of hardships and tribulations. Same blood drop for one mission, same
body perish for one vision, and same voice croaked screaming for peace in the name of our
religion. I am a learner, one of the fellow evacuees from Marawi Siege, I have witnessed
suffering of my own kind and the havoc that crumbled my dear hometown and make us feel
hopeless.

Thousands of people baring differences in many aspects of life. Tribes of every

district in a region bind a diverse of cultures and traditions that serve as a challenge for
individual Moro. Bangsamoro rise from ashes in the amidst of crisis and conflicts, lack of
weapons and machineries, politics are ruined and so as for educational system. All praise be
to Allah that shows us light in despair, Bangsamoro provide an aid to the wounded land and
transpire the government of an excellent leadership. Prosperous and Bountiful society as a
resultant of the undying perseverance of our forefathers. I beg the pardon of many who lack
trust in the transition as it favors the public and cater the majority. Education bestows us
many opportunities and lead us to the way of more developed and progressive future. Moros

were once known as uneducated, benighted and dim-witted but on the other hand
Bangsamoro proves the contrary of such claim. Moro learners have surpassed many waves
of challenges such having turbulent weather, the Covid-19 epidemic affected everyone,
including the education industry, which employed Adaptive Learning Materials and Flexible
Learning to Students, continually existence of wars and conflicts. Despite all of that, we
continue to fight the endless battle and still yearn for success and be the victor of tomorrow.

Moro learners are instilled of bravery, gallantry and faith regardless of what they may
face, being huramentados still runs in our blood and we are not easily be discouraged.
Bangsamoro sow for the future to reap and we are still in progress but soon will have the taste
of sweetness. Meling said, “The uniqueness of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in
Muslim Mindanao among the seventeen regions in the country is that it has Madaris
Education or Islamic Education because it is what gives identity to Muslims and if there is no
Islamic and Arabic education, the BARMM region will not be different from the seventeen
regions in the Philippines.” This statement awakened me on how prestigious our education
system, and on how we are exceptional. There is no ending for learning and excuses must be
conquered for we know that brighter days awaits. Bismillah for the beginning, Alhamdulillah
for what is happening, and In sha’ Allah for what will soon to happen. For Allah (SWT) said,
“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.” Surah AshSharh 94:5
