SUBJECT: - NON-SUPPLY OF SUI GAS TO THE STREET NO. 5, BESIDE AL

HAMRA STREET, BIHAR COLONY, JAMSHED ROAD
KARACHI.

It is respectfully submitted that undersigned applicant is a consumer of Sui

Southern Gas Company vide Consumer No. 4444620000 (6), and regularly
paying the monthly bill.

The Sui Gas department is not supplying gas to our street since last 10
months without any reason. However, 10 months ago Sui Gas department started
the enforcement of new pipe lines in area except our street and due that
enforcement, supply of gas has been closed in old pipe lines. Being highly
aggrieved not only the undersigned but other residents of the area made
repeatedly complaints to the SSGC on different dates and online, but all in vain.
The winter season is very close and we are still facing sui gas shut down of 24
hours due to which we are facing serious problems and same will be increase in
the winter. The old age citizen and children effecting more and more badly and
they are face to purchase and eat un- hygienic food from the market due to
continuous 24 hour non supply of sui gas.
SSGC is depriving us from our fundamental rights and charging monthly
bill against no gas which is highly regretted.

Therefore, it is hereby requested kindly intervene into the matter and

direct the SSGC to restore our gas supply immediately.
