No objection is subject to obtain permits for Parking-spaces reservations
or Cancelation from MAWAQIF before establishing the work.
This approval issued as Renewal previous conditions are applicable.
It is mandatory to obtain Traffic Detour Permit from Traffic Management

Division in the Integrated Transport Centre through the online service in
ITC website https://www.itc.gov.ae/en/digital-services/traffic-detour prior
to commencement of any works within the Right Of Way to avoid Fines
and Violations as per the Issued Executive Regulation for Traffic Detours
in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. For further information or inquiries please
contact number 800850.
All safety measures must be considered and the Traffic Management
and Safety Plan must be reviewed and approved by Abu Dhabi Police.
No ITC assets are to be relocated or removed without prior approval of
ITC.
The granting of this NOC does not absolve the applicant from the
responsibility of third party damage.

No Roads shall be closed without prior permission from the ITC.

Kindly be inform that you have 2 times to upload main ADDC
requirements correctly. This is 1 out of 2 chance to upload it again.
Otherwise, it will be block and we will not open it again which lead you to
open new transaction. Upload main ADDC requirements as (copy
attached) as THREE ZIP Folders using WinZip, three separate folders
for Water, Recycled Water and Electricity and Please clarify the

cutting, Tile Lifting, NDRC, Soft/ Hard Landscape, Storm Water,
Installing Temporary Container, Temporary Sign Board, Temporary
Hump, SCADA integration, Loading And Offloading of Excavation
Material, Loading And Offloading of Quaries Material, street Light, Mobile
Crane, General Bank Guarantee Release, Earthwork Clearance
Certificate) throw this link: https://ips.adm.gov.ae/.
5- Approve any required relocation/protection/Connection for
storm water/street light or lines VIA IDAS SYSTEM.(forgit VIA External
Centers)
6- Coordinating with ADM Consultant if there any conflicts with
ADM Musanada projects.
7- Any required detours/ramps should be approved online by
DOT.
8- All ADM Specifications and Quality directory should applied.
9- Safety assurance should applied during the work.
10- GET A FINAL APPROVAL FROM THE DEVELOPER IT THE
AREA STILL UNDER HIS CUSTODY.
11- The Consultant should fill UP the attached form and upload it in
the system.

"1. To send the proposal for review to ADSSC Operations and
Maintenance Division before the commencement of any work.
2. For issues related to Storm Water services, please contact ?PRFD ?
Abu Dhabi Municipality? as ADSSC is not be responsible of such issues.
3. Enclosed herewith one set of detailed sewerage service?s As Built
drawings showing proximity locations, associated with a table that
indicates drawings numbers. However this does not relieve the applicant
(s) to confirm the same on actual ground before commencement of any
works.
4. No construction work is permitted within a limit of 10 Meters on either
side of our existing services which are highlighted on our attached As
Built drawings.
5.Following particular comments need to be adhered while performing
proposed works:-
-Excavation should be carried out by hand tools, within a distance of 3
meters on either side of the existing ADSSC services.
-We prohibit the movement of machinery and heavy equipment across
the lines or any other ADSSC assets, except where the safe passage is
designated.
-We prohibit dewatering within the limit of 50 meters on either side of our
pipeline or any other ADSSC assets.
-If the trench width exceeds 2.5 meters then it is a must to obtain
ADSSC?s approval for method deployed for protecting ADSSC
pipelines.
-To reinstate the site to its original form and shape at your own cost.
-Before you start the work, it is required to invite our site audit team of O
& M Division at the site for any intricacy, incase such a demand arises.
6. For all TSE line they have to take NOC and PTW from ADDC

7. For issues related to Irrigation services, please contact ?ADDC? as
ADSSC is not be responsible of such issues.
8. For any works related to sewerage network (proposed/modification)
should be done as per ADSSC standard specifications with submitting
method statement & drawings in details case by case before start any
work in the site. "

Etisalat
Etisalat Telecom FP - Abu Dhabi
Subject NOC has been issued only for Relocation of the gantry sign
works purpose only.
Separate NOC request must be submitted to Etisalat prior to
commencement of any Road works / related utility works at site for
approval. Etisalat Telecom infrastructure provisioning in the area also to
be finalize in coordination with Etisalat.
Your proposed work should be carried out in compliance with the notes
given below and the attached Guidelines Annexure 1 & 2, stating safety
precautions, Contractors responsibilities to be followed from your side
prior to and during the proposed work at site.
During the construction period contractor need to submit all required
detailed drawing to Etisalat Plant Protection Office for site verification.
Moreover, your works program/schedule of proposed works should be
submitted to Etisalat Plant Protection office (Telephone 02 ?
6162728,0505794949) well in advance of commencement of any for
their information & co-ordination.
Locate the entire existing telecom network at site where your proposed
works crossing Etisalat telecom network or running parallel and provide
Marker post tied with Etisalat warning tape at the intervals of 100m to
indicate the presence of Etisalat network at the project area.
Signboard to be installed on existing Etisalat network to indicate the

presence of Etisalat Network to avoid chances of getting network
damage. In this regard, please find attached standard drawing no.
ETC/PPO/1001/18 showing the specifications of warning sign board.
Construction vehicle moving area to be protected with 10cm thick

concrete.
Mechanical excavation is not allowed near to Etisalat telecom network

and all excavations are to be carried out manually.
Nearby existing Etisalat network must be identified/located by manual

trial pits and shall provide adequate protection and notification to Etisalat
PPO officer before commencement of
any work nearby exiting Telecom route at site.
Protection and method statement should be submitted to Plant
Protection Office before starting works activities.
Our existing telephone plant found nearest your works activity make trial
pit excavation (copy attached) and submit accordingly for approval.
Etisalat service corridor shall be not be affected due to any type of
activities and the contractor/consultant shall hold full responsibility in

case of Etisalat service disturbance.
Likewise, any damage inflicted on existing Telephone plant during the
course of your works will be dealt as per prevailing damage claims
procedures.
Existing Telephone duct that falls under newly paved area or areas
disturbed by your works are to be tested and if any damage/blockage
noticed, should be rectified.
Etisalat requirement to take precautionary measures for existing
Telecom line plant at junction/road crossing points while executing the
work at site.
Contractor will be liable to pay any damage caused during the
construction works in this area.
Please note that, the contractor shall be held liable for any accidental
damage happens to the existing telephone plant during the course of
works and any damage claims will be dealt as per the prevailing
procedures and it?s to be ?Deliberate category? case.
ADDC
ADDC Assets FP
1. You are responsible to propose/submit additional

relocation/protection of existing ADDC assets found during the
construction stage, which are not included in the NOC given by the
ADDC.
2. It is not accepted to construct asphalted cycle track parallel
above ADDC service reservation or existing ADDC Asset.
3. You must liaise with all the concerned developers in your
project area to get their approval.
4. In case your project includes laying of new utilities, you must
liaise with the concerned Municipality to be sure that they assigned
Service corridor to your project not in conflict with ADDC
planned/approved service corridor.
5. In case laying of ADDC Asset water/electricity/Recycled water
must be in approved corridor in line with UCDM.
6. In case new pavement / loose concrete tiles are proposed to be
installed around ADDC Chambers, then the contractor shall coordinate
with ADDC O&M to obtain Permit (Limited Access Permit) to adjust
(lower / or raise) the top level of ADDC Chambers in order to be exactly
flush with the final level of the new proposed concrete tiles / pavement
and all existing vent pipes projected outside ADDC Chambers at these
new proposed pavements shall be cut and replaced with ventilated
surface box flush with the new final level of these paved areas.
7. Extension spindle for Valve and ladder inside the chamber shall
be adjusted to suit the new height of chamber.
8. Thick Protection slaps above electrical cables are not accepted;
in case the cables are under footpath/tiles area concrete tiles 5*25*50cm
with warning tapes to be used as per ADDC standards.
9. Before starting any site activities in the vicinity of ADDC Assets
You shall obtain PTW (Permit To Work) / LAP from
Water/Electricity/Recycled Water O&M Divisions. If you do not obtain the
subject PTW/LAP, you shall be penalized as per ADDC rules and
regulations, and the granted NOC will be considered not valid.
10. during any construction works in vicinity/crossing ADDC assets,
you must comply with ADDC Standards and Specifications & Guidelines
for Protection/Relocation/HSEQ of Water/Electricity/Recycled Water
Assets. Only approved contractors / competent safety officer allowed to
work in vicinity of ADDC assets with supervision of the consultant staff
and coordination with O&M Engineer.
11. In case of relocation / cancellation of ADDC Assets, you shall

exhume the cancelled assets and return them back to ADDC stores
under full supervision of ADDC O&M Engineer.
12. During exposing of existing ADDC water/Recycled Water
Pipelines not more than one joint to be exposed and provide proper
support for the joint.
13. No heavy equipment shall be moved over ADDC Assets without

proper protection and under supervision of the concerned O&M staff.
14. It is not allowed to excavate at any concrete thrust blocks at the
DI Bends/Tees unless getting PMT/LAP from the concerned ADDC O&M
Engineer.
15. 24x7 access shall be provided to ADDC O&M staff and vehicles
for any O&M emergency or planned works within the limit of
construction. The Developer contractor shall remove any site
obstruction/Construction materials to access ADDC asset within the limit
of construction and no construction materials shall be stacked above
ADDC assets.
16. Existing underground services shall be identified/tracing
properly using suitable approved calibrated devices. You shall conduct
manual trial excavations prior to start any machine excavation work to
verify ADDC Asset Depth/location to avoid any damage to ADDC Assets.
After confirming the exact level/location of ADDC asset, cross section
drawings to be revisited and updated in coordination with the concerned
ADDC O&M Engineer.
17. It is not allowed to keep cable joints inside or near the proposed
split duct.
18. You will bear the full responsibility in case of any damage to
ADDC assets within your project area. You shall contact ADDC
Customers Service center (8002332) informing them about the subject
damage.
19. In case of any NDRC/Directional drilling works, you must make
trial pits to reach to ADDC assets and know asset depth/location before
commencement of your work to avoid any damage.
20. This approval is not including tie in connection to ADDC
Water/recycled water /Electricity Asset, you must submit connection
request separately if required.
21. Street lighting network is not ADDC asset.
