Role – graduate trainee – Marketing and Ops

Minimum CTC – 5.5 Lacs

Maximum CTC -9.5 Lacs
CGPA- 60%+
Job location -Remote till 6 Months
Selection process - Resume Shortlist, Aptitude Test, Critical
Thinking & Logical Reasoning, Case Submission, Group
Discussion or/ AI Based Video Based Round
Post selection - 3- 6 Months Training cum OJT Wherein
Student will be required to work on the KRA/KPI and Goals
Assigned to them, Mostly remote & Hybrid Work
Stipend during OGT – 1. Upto 25K – 50K for 1st 3 Month in
total
2. Monthly 20K to 25K (Details will be
shared post selection)
Interview Process – Online
