    Subject: Cross functional collaboration for Vitality Circle

    In this journey of developing our new gadget ‘Vitality Circle’- a fitness fusion ring, it is vital that we all
    have a shared understanding of the project’s goals and customer needs. To ensure effective
    communication and functioning of all departments, we will have monthly meetings starting from the
    15th of this month at 2:30 PM, at the conference hall.

    Moreover, for optimal cross-functional collaboration it is essential that the respective departments
    provide reports on tech insights, customer preferences, productional efficiency and exchange other
    relevant insights. We expect key representatives from all departments to help establish their
    departmental goals and align those goals with product vision.
