I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build
relationships with local governments and mobilize communities. I am passionate about working
with communities to create positive change, and I believe that my skills and experience make
me an ideal candidate for this position.

I have also been heavily involved in community engagement initiatives, and have deep
understanding of the issues and challenges faced by communities. I am also excellent in written
and spoken local language of Bajura district.
