What i Know
Assessment in education is
utilized to evaluate, measure,
and track the learners'
learning progress and
development in academics and
the future.. With that,
instructions are connected
with it since assessment
targets align with their
learning objectives and
expectations for the learners.
It is evident in the content
and different tools that the
teacher uses in
accommodating the diverse
learners while maintaining its
quality. I also remember that
in assessment, the teacher
considers Bloom’s Taxonomy in
crafting their learning
objectives and activities.
What i Want to know
In what ways does Values
Education keep up, in terms of
assessment and instruction,
given that we are now faced in
the 21st century?
What are the factors that
Values Education considers to
ensure the best practice of
assessment and instruction for
learner’s progress?

What i learned
Assessment and instruction play a
crucial role in the development of
the student. I realized that in
teaching, we don’t just teach
students, we also should assess
their capabilities, and progress
needs for improvement to ensure
that we are able to utilize our
teaching effectively. Aside from
the learners themselves, it can
also be used to connect to the
student’s parents, guardians, and
the community on how we they
can contribute to the
development of the learner. Given
that, in creating assessment and
instruction, there are a few ways
and factors that need to be
considered to ensure efficacy
and quality while adapting to the
changing world.
