SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This Special Power of Attorney is made and executed by Sh. S. C. Gupta, Mr.
Vivek Gupta, Mrs. Pushpa Gupta, Mrs. Sonali Gupta and Mr. Kapil Kumar Gupta
Partners of M/s Hy- Tech Controls having its principal office at Pankaj House, 204,
2nd Floor, Plot No. 3, Pkt. H, LSC Sarita Vihar, New Delhi- 110076 do hereby
appoint, nominate and constitute Sh. Ashwani Kumar, aged 48 years S/o Late Sh.
Partap Chand R/o Kh No. 69/18, Ground Floor, Ajit Vihar, Village Burari, Oscar
Public School, Burari, North Delhi, Delhi- 110084, Executive Accounts, as our true
and lawful Attorney.

Whereas the executant filed a suit for recovery in the court of Senior Civil
Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi titled as M/s Hy-tech Controls, a partnership firm Vs S.
S. Air Hydro Power (partnership firm).

And whereas it is not possible for the executant to come in court on each and
every date due to ill health, so by the present Special Power of Attorney the executant
is authorizing above-said Attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things in my
name and on my behalf as he is also conversant with the facts of the case as he has
been dealing with the matter.

NOW THIS S.P.A. WITHNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. To execute, sign, verify the plaint, affidavits, applications etc. and institute the
aforesaid suit in the court of law on our behalf.

2. To deposit all fees and other charges to the concerned authorities on our
behalf.

3. To give evidence, statement on our behalf in the court concerned and to its
successors court.

4. To file any suit, complaint, petition, revision, written statement, pertaining to

this matter on our behalf and in our name.

5. To be present on our behalf or on behalf of the firm in the court and prosecute
the above-said suit for recovery.

6. Generally to do all acts deeds and things for and on our behalf in respect of the
civil suit for recovery as the said attorney may deems fit and proper. He is
further authorized to compromise the aforesaid matter in the court and also
withdraw the same.

7. And all acts, deeds and things done by said attorney, shall be binding on me in
all respect.
