ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• Admission is open for LKG, and UKG.


• Admission is open for Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, Class 5, and Class 7 also but
limited no. of seats.
• Cost of the Application form is Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable).
• Application Forms will be issued on St. Xavier’s School Website (online) from the 4th of
January to the 21st of January 2023.
• Availing Application Form and applying does not guarantee admission to St. Xavier's
School.
• Age Limit: As per the New Education Policy:

The candidate must have completed as on 31st March 2023,

• For LKG = 3.6 years to 5 years


• For UKG = 4.6 years to 6 years
• For Class 1 = 5.6 years to 7 years
• For Class 2 = 6.6 years to 8 years
• For Class 3 = 7.6 years to 9 years
• For Class 4 = 8.6 years to 10 years
• For Class 5 = 9.6 years to 11 years
• For Class 7 = 11.6 years to 13 years
• Filled Application form needs to be submitted on the same day to the office or the
following day along with the Form Fee of Rs.1000/-.
• The last date for submission of the Application form is the 21st of January 2023. Timing
will be between the working days 09.00 am to 01.30 pm.

Interaction for LKG and UKG candidates:

• The parents of LKG and UKG candidates are requested to come for Interaction along with
the candidate during the following date and time.
For Interaction:

❖ LKG Candidates and UKG candidates: 3rd Feb to 5th of Feb 2023.
• Time slot for Interaction will be displayed on School Notice Board and on School
Website by the 28th of January, Saturday, 2023. Kindly come during the prescribed
time. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the admission procedure.
Entrance Test for classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 candidates:

• Date: Sunday, 11th of February 2023.


• Time: From 10.00 am to 11.30 am.
• Result: Publication of Selected Candidates list for admission will be published on
Saturday, 20th Feb 2023 by noon at School Notice Board and on School Website.
• If the seat will be vacant then the second list of admission will be published on 15th April
2023.
• Date of Admission of selected candidates: Admission of the selected candidates to their
respective classes will begin from the 13th to the 17th of March 2023.
• Time slot will be displayed on School Notice Board and on School Website on the 20th
of Feb 2023 along with the result.
• Uniforms, Textbooks, and Notebooks will be also available on the special counters at
the school premise during the days of admission only.
• New Academic Session is scheduled to begin on Monday, 27th of March 2023.
• All the Original Documents / Certificates must be produced during the time of admission
for verification. TC and Birth certificate are mandatory for admission to the school.
• False documents / incorrect information found at any time, even after admission, will
debar the candidate from getting admission or pursuing studies in the school.
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) needs to be submitted during the admission except
for LKG.
• The date of birth given in TC or Birth certificate which is once entered in the admission
register will not be altered at any cost in the future.
• No correspondence will be solicited regarding the selection and admission of candidates.
Any recommendation, use of influence (direct or indirect), offer of donation, etc. will lead
to the cancellation of the Application Form/admission of the candidate.
• If selected, admission must be taken within the time given for admission. If not, the
candidate will forfeit the chance for admission.
• School does not provide any transport facility but we have a Private Transport Agency,
LMS Associates (Transport Phone no. - +91-9142955114 ) registered with govt.
(Reg. No.-10ABNFM2493BIZL) they have given us an undertaking that all the rules and
norms of running a school bus will be strictly adhered to. In case of any breach of the
terms and conditions therein you may deal with the agency directly. The school will not
in any way get involved in the dispute. Our only decision will be about whether it is
worth continuing with the Agency in the future if they are found wanting.
• School Administration reserves the right to make amends to the admission procedure and
admission schedule at any time.
• Fee Structure for new admission and schedule of Fee Payment shall be displayed on St.
Xavier’s School Notice Board at the time of issue of application forms.
