INSTRUCTIONS
(Read carefully before filling the form)

1. Examination admission form duly complete in all respects together with fee receipt should reach to the Office of the Controller of
Examinations, Islamia College Peshawar on or before the last date with Normal fee notified failing which fee due on the date the form is
received will be charged.
2. Examination Admission Forms and fee for Part I and Part II must be submitted separately. No candidate will be allowed to appear in
both parts on single Admission Form or single Roll Number.
3. Examination fee should be deposited in the nearest designated branches of United Bank Limited (UBL) Account Number: 205463536
under A/c Title: Annual Examination Fee Account for Islamia College Peshawar. Fee remitted through Bank Draft in favor of the
Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar (Annual Examination Fee) must mention name of the candidate, father’s name and examination on
its back side. Examination fee by money order/Cheque shall not be entertained.
4. Each candidate (Male/Female) must staple/paste three (03) identical passport size photographs, duly attested, at the specified places of
the admission form (Name and father’s name must be mentioned on the back side of photographs).
5. University Registration Number must be mentioned in the Admission Form otherwise Registration Fee will be charged.
6. Every candidate must keep his/her Computerized National Identity Card with him/her in the Examination Hall while taking the
Examination along with his/her Roll Number Slip issued by the University.
7. Examination center will be allotted by the University where feasible and not on the choice of the candidate. Cares of addresses are not
entertainable in cases of change of center permissible under the rules.
8. The candidate, who has passed his/her graduation from other University, should submit the original migration certificate along with other
documents.
9. Any incorrect statement made in this form may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of admission at any time.
10. Possession of Mobile phone is not allowed in examination center. If anyone found in possession, his/her examination will be cancelled
besides forfeiture of Mobile Set.
11. Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable if the candidate is eligible.
12. Incomplete/unsigned form shall not be entertained.
13. Two different examinations are not allowed in one session except examination for the improvement of division as permissible under the
rules.
14. For improvement of division, the candidates will be required to appear either in both parts simultaneously or in the final examination
only. They have two such chances to appear in the syllabus in vogue of the relevant examination within two consecutive years.
15. Aggregate failed candidates can improve their aggregate not in more than two subjects.
