Gift Card

Acceptance Procedure
How to Process:
1. Balance - Ask the customer if there is
sufficient balance on the Gift Card to meet
the transaction.
2. Split tender - When the purchase is being
made partly with the Gift Card and partly by
another payment method (cash, credit card
etc) - use the split tender facility on your
till as per normal procedures outlined by

6. Transaction declined - Should you
experience a decline of transaction please

Return of Merchandise
Do not post refunds to the Gift Card. Please refund in store credit or store gift card/voucher
or as advised by your store management.
Presentation of multiple One4all Gift Cards by a customer
You can process up to 6 One4all Gift Cards in a single transaction. If a customer presents more than 6 One4all
Gift Cards please decline the transaction and advise the customer to contact The Gift Voucher Shop customer
service line on 01 8708 111 as an added security measure for customers.

1. Merchant number – Ensure that every One4all Extra Features


Gift Voucher has a Merchant number printed in Hologram – the hologram on the right-hand side of
