Subject: Closure of Staffroom
I am writing to announce you about what is happening with our staffroom.
Recently, the company electricians have found there are big problems with the
room’s electric wiring and they need a lot of time to fix it. There is no danger for
anyone who uses the room, but to ensure safety and the smooth repair process, I
will close it for 3 days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
We will arrange for chairs and tables to be taken to the back of the canteen to serve
our staff. You can get drinks, have lunch, and take a break in that place too. It is
also a good opportunity for us to spend our breaks outside the workplace. You can
enjoy the fresh air, have a walk in the grounds.
You should be able to use the staffroom again from Thursday. If there have been
any further problems, I will let you know as soon as possible.

I am writing to announce some very exciting news. We have just bought a small
company, called BeautyBio Company. We have done this to expand the company,
increase our product range and get into a new field.
BeautyBio Company is in District 6, Ho Chi Minh City. It develops and
manufactures health care products such as Bio Vitamin C+, Bio Collagens, and
other dietary supplements. BeautyBio Company employs 200 people. It was
founded in 2003 by Ariana Nguyen and Justin Tran and we are very happy that
they will join our management team.
BeautyBio Company’s two best-selling products reached 10 billion in 2022 with
annual sales of more than 4 million units. They are currently at Hoa Mai aesthetic
hospital and Salonsaigon. The Bio Vitamin C+ is not only used as the cure for the
common cold, but also for helping to protect cells and keeping your body healthy.
The Bio Collagens helps improve skin health, prevent bone loss. These product
lines are rarely sold in our country, so they are expected to be one of the potential
products in this market.
BeautyBio Company will be a wornderful addition to our business. I hope you
