டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி
தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் (டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி) என்பது தேர்தல்
ஆணையத்தைப் (Election Commission) போல தனியான முழுச் சுதந்திரத்துடன் கூடிய
ஒர் அமைப்பாகும். இதன் முக்கியப் பணியானது தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப்பணிகளில்
குறிப்பாக மாநில மற்றும் சார் நிலைப் பணிகளுக்கான பல்வேறு பதவிகளில் தோன்றும்
காலிப்பனியிடங்களை நிரப்பும் பொருட்டு பள்ளிப்படிப்பு, பட்டயப்படிப்பு,
பட்டப்படிப்பு, தொழிற்படிப்பு படித்தவர்களிடம் அவரவர் கல்வித்தகுதிக்கேற்ப
போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை நடத்தி அதன்மூலம் தகுதியான நபர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து
அரசுக்கு கொடுப்பதே ஆகும். இத்தேர்வு முறைகளில் மாநில அரசோ, அரசின்
அங்கத்தினர்களோ தலையிட இயலாது.
கடந்த காலங்களில் டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி தேர்வுகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பிப்பவர்களின்
எண்ணிக்கை ஓரிரு லட்சமாகவே இருந்தது. தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்கு சந்தையில்
கிடைத்த ஏதேனும் ஒரு வழிகாட்டி நூலே போதுமானதாகவும் இருந்தது. ஆனால்
தற்போதைய நிலைமை அவ்வாறு இல்லை. ஏனெனில், இன்றைக்கு டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி
தேர்வு பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வு பரவலாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எந்தத் தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிப்பு
வெளியானாலும் சுமார் ஐந்து லட்சம் முதல் பத்து லட்சம் பேர் வரை விண்ணப்பம்
செய்கின்றனர். போட்டியாளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை பலமடங்கு அதிகரித்துள்ளது
ஆரோக்கியமான ஒன்றாகும்.
இது ஒருபுறமிருக்க, டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி தேர்வெழுதும் மாணவர்களில் பலர், ஏதேனும் ஒரு
பெரிய மனிதரின் சிபாரிசோ அல்லது பெருந்தொகையோ இருப்பவர்களால்
மட்டும்தான் அரசு வேலையைப் அடைய முடியும் என்ற அவநம்பிக்கையோடு
இத்தேர்வை அலட்சியம் செய்தும் வருகின்றனர். அவர்களின் இந்த குழப்பத்திற்கும்
காரணம் இல்லாமல் இல்லை. கடந்த காலங்களில் தேர்வுக்கு முன்னரே வினாத்தாள்
வெளியானது, தேர்வு முறையில் பொறுப்பற்ற அதிகாரிகளின் தலையீடு, கையூட்டு
கொடுத்து வேலைக்குச் சென்றவர்களை கண்டுபிடித்து வெளிப்படையாகவே
ஊடகங்களில் வெளியான செய்திகள் இவ்வாறு ”வொய் திஸ்
கொலவெறி”திரைப்பாடல்போல டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சியில் ஏற்பட்ட சர்ச்சைகளும்
பிரபலமானதே இந்த மாணவர்களின் குழப்பத்திற்கு காரணமாகும்.

எந்தவொரு பிரச்சனைக்கும் நிச்சயம் ஒரு முடிவு உண்டு. அப்படித்தான் கடந்த ஆண்டில்
டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி – ன் ஆணையராக நியமனமான திரு. நடராஜ் மற்றும் செயலகராக
இருந்த திரு. உதயச்சந்திரன் ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் இந்த இருவரும் இணைந்து… வினாத்தாள்
வெளியானதாக சந்தேகப்பட்ட தேர்வை ரத்து செய்து உடனே மறுதேர்வு, கையூட்டு
செய்தவர்கள் கைது போன்ற அதிரடி நடவடிக்கைகளால் டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி தேர்வில்
நடந்துவந்த முறைகேடுகளுக்கெல்லாம் ஒரு முடிவு வந்தது. மட்டுமன்று, ஆன்லைன்
விண்ணப்பம், தரமான வினாத்தாள் தயாரிப்பு, தேர்வு முடிந்தவுடன் இணையதளத்தில்
அதற்கான விடை என்று டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி ஒரு புதிய கட்டமைப்புக்கு

Below is the list of competitive exams in India that you can pursue after high school and do not require
graduation.
1. SSC CHSL
The exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for undergraduate students. As CHSL
stands for ‘Combined Higher Secondary level’. The exam is conducted in three tiers:

4. SSC MTS
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts this exam. It provides opportunities to students who have
completed their Class 10 from a recognized board. However, the age limit for applying for this exam is from
18-27 years. It offers recruitment to the candidates in:
The candidates of this exam fall under the category of the Pay Band-1 Rs 5,200-20,200 and are given grade
pay of Rs 1,800.

5. NDA & NA
Organized by the Union Public Service Commission, the NDA is one of the most sought-after examinations
for undergraduate students. The candidates must appear for a written exam and an SSB Interview to qualify.
The National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (NDA & NA) exam is conducted twice a
year. Candidates are selected for the post of Army Wing of National Defence Academy and Air Force, Navy,
and Naval Academy of National Defence Academy.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences conducts special medical tests for the students who have passed their
12th from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as the main subject. The students who
appear for the exam should have scored a minimum of 40-50% aggregate in 12th( depending on their
category).
7. JEE Main
The list of competitive exams in India is incomplete without JEE Main. The National Testing Agency (NTA)
holds this exam for the Class 12th science stream students. This Joint Entrance Exam is conducted to offer
students admissions to BE/BTech, BPlan, and BArch courses to IIITs (Indian Institute of Information
Technology), NITs (National Institute of Technology), and all other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions
(CFTIs) around the country.
Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, conducts this exam for students. Candidates must
have completed their class 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics/Biology, and English as subjects. Admission eligibility is a minimum aggregate of 75% of the
subjects mentioned earlier. Candidate must have a minimum 60% marks in individual subject.

9. Railways
Students above 18 years of age are eligible to appear for railway exams. Railways conduct 4 exams-
(ii) RRB JE
The exam pattern & posts for all these exams vary accordingly. The RRC Group D exam is also conducted by
the Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRB). Students who have completed their Class 10 from a
recognized board can apply for this exam. However, the age limit for this exam is 18 to 33 years.

10. CTET
Central Teacher Eligibility Test is organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for
determining the eligibility of candidates as teachers for Class 1-8. However, candidates above 18 years of age
can apply as a teacher for primary classes and will have to only qualify for Paper-1 for the exam.

12. AILET
National Law University, Delhi conducts the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission to
undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate level law courses. While CLAT is more at the India level, AILET
is for admission to National Law University(NLU), Delhi only.

13. KVPY
Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, conducts Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana(KVPY) exam. It is a
scholarship programme sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India,

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Bank Officer & Office Assistant Exam (IBPS RRB)
