1. GENERAL

1.1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This ITP & Form has been prepared to establish the guidelines for all Field Inspections
activities related to Painting Work.

2. RELEVANT PROCEDURES
This PROCEDURE shall be read in conjunction with the following procedure:

1.1.1. ED-C00-CPL-FQC-000-0001: Field Quality Assurance and Control Procedure

At such respective stages as are required, it will be a CONTRACTOR contractual requirement to execute inspections to ensure the quality of the construction
works. This shall be carried out in accordance with the INSPECTION TEST PLAN (ITP) LIST.

This list is standard format, and it contains a list of ALL the aspects of Inspection Report Forms
currently used by CONTRACTOR in the field.

The person in-charge of a "Specific Job" shall check this list as per the "Job Specific" ITP List, and
revise and attach this in EXHIBIT B

The person in-charge of a "Specific Job" shall check the required report forms for the Job as per the
"Job Specific" ITP List, and attach them in EXHIBIT C
