● Most information comes from OSHA filings. What I have looked into (federal OSHA
fines, Hazard Award Letters and Citations) and what I have not (State level OSHA filings,
give Indiana example). OSHA also requires the following details.
● There are also some surveys: by the Center for Urban Economic Development, for
instance.
● The only other information comes from investigative journalism: ProPublica, Gizmodo,
the Intercept, and so on. News coverage seems disproportionate when worker’s groups
seem active in the relevant state.

Then cover the injury rates, correlation with factories, survey. Talk about osha filings,
Ergonomic strain, and AmCare.
