Job Responsibilities as Human Resource Head

o Policy development and documentation


o Recruitment & Selection accordance with company policies

COURT, POLICE and local bodies (MPA, MNA) etc.
o Ensure that PESSI & EOBI contribution paid on prescribed schedule.
o Handling all the matters related to group life, Health & Vehicle insurance. Managing
Workers Welfare & Benefits, Workers Canteen, EOBI, PESSI, PF, Benefits from Workers
Welfare Department like Marriage Grant, Death Grant, Scholarships, Free Education etc.
o Housekeeping of the company production Halls, mosque. Executive secretariat, roads, Dining
hall, and all company offices.
o Management of labors quarters and Managers residence and company guest house.
o Looking after the cafeteria, food quality, medical, hygienic of staff cafeteria, cafeteria budget,
and cafeteria menu.
o To ensure strict control over telephones exchange fax machine.
o Repair and maintenance of the company’s vehicles. Liaison with insurance company.
o Control vehicle utilization, allocation, log book maintenance, mileage, licensing and other
related issues
o To maintain the communication equipment’s, like telephone lines, telephone sets, fax
machine & photocopier in coordination with IT department.
o Hotel rooms booking, tickets arrangements.
o Protocol and utilities of all Sites and Head Office.
o Dealing with Contractors, Sale of Scrap.
o To ensure that all workers should be in company uniform, as per dress code policy and they
must have displayed their company ID cards on front pocket.
o Develop good relationships with all department heads for understanding and resolving the
issues of the company employees
o Looking after Building construction and repair & maintenance (Civil work)
o Ensure those first aid boxes installed on various places of premises are proper maintained.
o To get prepare accident report and take action as per circumstances.
