Summary:
I have almost 11 years of experience and an accomplished career as a Management Professional with a
demonstrated history of working in both private sectors (Manufacturing) and public sector (Power)
organizations of the country.

I am currently working as a Manager – HR & Admin at National Power Parks Management Company
(Pvt.) Limited (NPPMCL).

During my career, I have overhauled HR systems of medium and large sized organizations (both in private
and public sectors) including engineering companies, autonomous government organizations. I carry

1) National Power Parks Management (Pvt.) Limited

Manager – HR & Admin (December 2021 – To Date)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Responsible for smooth operation of all HR & Admin functions and devising new strategies
and policies to increase the productivity of employees.
• Providing support to GM (HR/Admin) for ensuring a robust talent management and review,
training and development, and devising Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Leading HR operations of the Company including benefit claims, regulatory compliance, etc.
with focus on timelines and quality of service.
• Leading the procurement(s) in terms of public procurement laws. Provision of utility services
in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. without interruption. Checks
misuse of office facilities by staff, office repair & maintenance, supervising support staff.
• Assisting in establishing a pay for performance culture in the organization.
• Designing activities leading to creation of new training and development programs.
• Maintaining an updated record of government regulations and public policies and suggesting
improvements accordingly amending company policies.
• Preparing annual budget, keeping the track, and devising budget reappropriation (if needed).
• Managing and preparing tendering documents and legal agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Directly reporting to the Head of HR and working with him to develop and execute the HR
plans in alignment with organization’s vision and objectives.
• Built an end to end state of the art “Assessment Center (AC)” for talent acquisition
competing against best industry benchmark which includes series of online tests,
psychometric assessments, group discussion, and customized exercises.
• Designed and put in place a new performance management system for officers and above,
incorporating 3 management grades and 5 tier rating scale.
• Managing and conducting all the soft skills trainings and training activities of training center
including employee development plans, succession planning, orientation of new employees,
and etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing HR assessment center for recruitment, promotion and succession purposes which
include a series of online tests, interviews, job-related simulations, psychological tests and
customized exercises to predict the performance of the candidate in a specific role.
• Directly involved in different recruitment activities like on-campus recruitment drive, initial
screening, and conducting telephonic and face to face interviews.
• Organizing and conducting employee’s trainings from onboarding to leadership.
• Managing ERP software for online recruitment and learning management system
(ORACLE- iRecruitment & LMS).
• Representing company at different platforms & job fairs of renowned engineering and
