CAREER OBJECTIVE:-I wish to make a career in the field of Tolling and contribute to the mission &
goals of the organization through my knowledge and skills.

JOB SUMMARY: Manages & Supervises the Toll and Customer Service departments. Responsible for
the integrity of the Toll Collection.
PRESENT WORK:
Presently working for PNC Kanpur Ayodhya Tollways Pvt. Ltd.( PNC INFRATECH LTD )
NH-27, O.M.T. PROJECT( Nawabganj Toll Plaza ) Designation:-Sr. Plaza Controller (April
2020 to Till Date).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Ensures proper Toll Collection processes are followed.

• Manages the Toll Department including functional and Organizational Management of all Staff
forming part of it.
• Prepares Reports, analysis and forecasts of Toll Revenue formaximize Returns in accordance
with approved policies and procedures.
• Minimize the Exemption and violation.
• Manpower Management.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:- Normal office environment,On site toll plazas(i.e.in lanes,in toll booths,on
the carriageway) , On Call Position.
SKILLS &ABILITIES:-Able to make prompt and sound decisions to deal with any Situation associated
with Toll Collection and Customer service.

Job Responsibilities for Tolling at Mohania&KATPL Unnao:-

• Lane Problem Short out-Such as Exemptions, Local, users, and All Toll Operation Related
Problem.

• Handling the Control Room and Putting Strict Vigit on Plaza Movement through CCTV / PTZ
camera.

• Validation all Transactions-Such as AVC<>MBC, Exemption, Run-Through, Barcode Slip, etc..

• Proper Securitizing of T.C. Manual Incident log Sheet with System.

• Monitoring / Physical Presence at TC Final Cash-UP.

• Giving the Feedback of Day to Day Activity to the Higher Authority.

• Taking Maximum Interest for the Betterment of Toll Operation.

• Full Support to Plaza Manager in all aspects of the Toll Operation.

• Manage the same Traffic as Mohania in 12 Lane.

• Handling Electronics Equipment like – PTZ / CCTV Camera System.

• Giving Round the Clock Support whenever it required in Smooth Operation of Toll Plaza.

• Regularly Checking TC and Taking Necessary Action Involved in any Mal Practice Activity.

• To control the toll collection function and ensure that all procedures and relevant and up to date.

• Surprise checking of Toll Staffs, toll booths, and vehicle passing through plaza.

• Handling User Complains& satisfy them according to the management guideline& Procedure.

• Handle all the activities related the point of sales.

• Check all financial (Toll Revenue) and operational record on daily basis.

• Re-arranging of formats.
