34 The taxi fare in a city is as follows: For the first kilometre, the fare is Rs.8 and for the 5

35 ABCD is a rhombus and P, Q, R and S are the mid-points of the sides AB, BC, CD and 5
DA respectively. Show that the quadrilateral PQRS is a rectangle.

In parallelogram ABCD, two points P and Q are taken on diagonal BD such that
DP=BQ (see adjoining figure). Show that:
