ANS: This falls under Descriptive. Descriptive research is a method employed to explain or

scenario, the research is primarily concentrated on describing the current child protection
regulations in Pakistan without any intention to modify or scrutinize them.

ANS: It is Analytical as the central objective of this research is to scrutinize the concept of legal
