Paid the wrong amount, the wrong ticket, or the wrong Municipality?
Please contact the municipality to apply for a refund. Refunds are only applicable for a wrongly entered ticket
amount or multiple payment of the same ticket and does not apply to ticket disputes. To apply for a refund, you
need proof of payment (either a Paytickets receipt or your credit card statement together with the original parking
ticket).
