1. Is one type of exercise better than another?


: No, because any type of exercise has its own benefits for specific
needs. It only depends on one's choice such as Anaerobic for muscle
building or Aerobic for mental relaxations. But doing both exercise is
the better than choosing only one over the other.

2.Why is physical activity beneficial?


:Physical activity is beneficial in which it helps us burn fats and
carbohydrates in our body that contributes to our physical fitness.
The main goal of physical activity is for the wellness of our health
including our immune system and cardiovascular system.

3.Exercise, physical activity and fitness: What's the difference?


:Fitness is being physically fit and healthy, it can be achieved through
physical activity like exercise. Any movement produced by your
muscles is a physical activity while exercise is a planned activity and a
repetitive movement of muscles for a purpose of improving or
maintaining fitness.

4. Is there such a thing as too much exercise?


:Yes, as an Individual we should know our own physical capacity
regarding our age and health conditions. Too much exercise in terms
of “time” and “intensity” may result negative effects in our health
like increased resting heart rate and dropping of immune system.
