:Physical activity is beneficial in which it helps us burn fats and carbohydrates in our body that contributes to our physical fitness. The main goal of physical activity is for the wellness of our health including our immune system and cardiovascular system.
3.Exercise, physical activity and fitness: What's the difference?
:Fitness is being physically fit and healthy, it can be achieved through physical activity like exercise. Any movement produced by your muscles is a physical activity while exercise is a planned activity and a repetitive movement of muscles for a purpose of improving or maintaining fitness.
4. Is there such a thing as too much exercise?
