Problem Statement-1386: Developing a software for dubbing of videos from

English to other Indian regional languages.

Description: A software that can be used for dubbing of videos from English
to other Indian regional languages would help in mass outreach of such
videos for public awareness. The software must produce a voiceover (in a
human like voice) in Indian vernacular languages like Hindi, Marathi,
Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, etc. as well as text supers that is dubbed
from English to other Indian regional languages

Solution: We can create an AI bot/model for Dubbing of videos from English

to other regional languages.
• Need to Gather vast data of videos and movies with both original audio
and subtitles in multiple languages, to train the AI bot/model.
• Need to implement a Speech Recognition system to convert the spoken
words in the original audio in to text.(we can use open-source libraries).
• Need to use Machine Translation models to translate text in to the
targeted language.
• Text-to-Speech system(TTS) to convert the translated text in to natural
speech in the desired language.
• Need to Create a user-friendly interface for users to upload videos, select
the target language or voice actor, and initiate the dubbing process.
• Audio editing and Video rendering: Need to Implement audio editing
capabilities to remove the original audio track from the video and replace
it with the newly generated dub, develop a component to combine the
edited audio with the video and render the final dubbed video.
• We can do lip synchronization if it is crucial for the application.
