Speaking Part1 – Sleeping

1. Do you like sleeping during the day? Why?

When I take a nap, I tend to keep pressing the snooze button and end up sleeping for at least an
hour and a half! Although taking a nap is a way to recharge my batteries, I try to avoid it because
I end up feeling more tired and drowsy afterwards. I think a 30-45 minute nap would be ideal.

2. How many hours do you sleep a day?

Well, I’m not an early bird but since I work all day long, it’s essential for me to get a healthy
amount of sleep. I usually go to bed between 10:30 and 11pm and get up between 4:30 and 5am.
To be honest, I always set my alarm for 4:30 but I have a habit of pressing the snooze button 2 or
3 times so usually end up getting out of bed closer to 5.

3. How can people have a good sleep?

I guess people have different ways to get a sound sleep. But if you ask me, I would say that
drinking herbal tea before you go to bed is really effective, especially if you are a light sleeper.
This type of tea will calm you down and let you sleep easily.

4. What time do you go to bed?

Around 1 or 2 a.m., I’m always up to my ears in work so I often stay up late to finish my tasks.
