The National President of the Abebung Development and Cultural Association has filed a complaint against Mr. Eniehgo Victor Echaneck, also known as "AMERICAIN", and others for illegally occupying and grazing cattle on the only farmland belonging to the people of Abebung village. This land is also the source of drinking water for Abebung people, but the water catchment area is now filled with cow dung due to the cattle. There are also concerns this illegal occupation could spark conflict if not addressed, as the occupiers claim connections to Ambazonian terrorists. The letter requests a prompt reaction to resolve the situation.

TO/A THE DIVISIONAL OFFICR OF ANDEK NGIE DEAR SIR, A COMPLAIN AGAINST Mr Eniehgo Victor Echaneck Alias AMERICAIN AND OTHERS I have the duty and profound respect before writing to you. On behalf of the Abebung peole, I table this complain to your high office seeking for your prompt reaction. Sir as you will know, Abebung is one of the 19 villages of Ngie surrounded by Bonambufei , Ajei, Angong and Bonatou. The peole of Abebung are very hard working and peaceful despite the fact that they have very limited farm land, I am writing to inform of you that the only farm land where these people have been surviving from there for centuries, this young man from Ajei village as mentioned above illegally occupied the land and he is using the land as a grazing land for his cattle’s. The worse of it is that the water that the Abebung people are dinking comes from that area occupied by this young man for his cattle’s. The water catchment of the Abebung people has become a resting place for the cattle of Mr Eniehgo victor Echaneck alias AMERICAIN and a host of Ajei cattle grazias. This act alone constitute gross violation of the right of the people of Abebung that not withstand the illness that this people can contract from the cowdom that littered into the water tank This people have started planting eucalyptus trees in the Abebung people land around the areas where they have forcefully settled their cattle’s. Some of them are bragging that they have connection with the AMBAZONIAN TERRORIST so they can do anything they want since the terrorist are on their pay roll. Sir you will agree with me that if these illegal occupant were not counting on some unknown protection why will they courageously occupied a land that does not belong to them without fear, same situation applies to the people of Bonambufei and Angong who are equally farming our land without prior permission, SIR IF SOTHING IS NOT DONE AND FAST THIS CAN SPARK AN UNWANTED CONFLECT at a time when we are all seeking for peace in our Country Cameroon. I remain faithful while waiting or your prompt reaction.
