Lead sourcing and prospecting Ecommerce business for

18 Laps (Agency).

My Ideal clients MUST:

● Be Ecommerce brands making at LEAST $25,000 a month to $100,000

($300,000-$1,200,000 a year). - Anything below this is TOO small and anything above
this is too big. (Can be checked by googling their revenue or by using chrunchbase.com
or other sites etc)

● They must have a Facebook pixel installed on their site.

● MUST sell their OWN unique products ONLY, this means absolutely NO dropshipping
businesses whatsoever. This means NO blogs or online business that do not sell some
sort of physical product that gets shipped to customers, so software businesses are NOT
a good fit. - if their products can be found on aliexpress.com then they are NOT a good
fit. This also means no businesses that sells other brands products.

● If you can find their products on Aliexpress.com or any other wholesaler’s website then
they are NOT a good fit whatsoever.

● MUST have at least 10,000 followers on Instagram with high-quality content, good
engagement, likes and comments. No brands with more than 220k followers

● NO Ecom-business that are verified on Instagram. ( No blue ticks)

● MUST be running at least 1 ad on Facebook and above, BUT only up until 35 ads. - If
they are running more than 35 ads then they do not need my services and if they don’t
have any ads running they aren’t a good fit. (Remember to change the location to “All” to
see all the ads they are running).

● MUST have at LEAST 5 employees. They MUST have at least 5 employees and NO
more than 50 employees. (Use LinkedIn to check) More than 50 employees is too big

● MUST NOT be retail stores! - Retail stores sell other peoples products and other brands
that are not their own brands. Eg Amazon, Walmart, www.footasylum.com &
watchshop.com etc - If you go to their website and see a button that says “brands” on
their site then they are not a good fit as I don’t want businesses that sell other peoples
brands. Watchshop for example sells different brands of watches, this is not a qualified
BRAND. A qualified brand would be a watch business that sells their own uniquely made
watch with their logo on it.

● Ecommerce that are not huge franchise businesses such as Nike, gymshark, Gucci etc

● If the website is getting more than 200k visitors a month then they are too big. (Use
Similar web extension to check) - If not check how many employees they have)

● MUST have products that sell for $80-$500 - For example, If they are a jewellery brand
that sells the majority of their products for more than $500 then they are not a good fit. -
This means if you see brands selling watches for $10,000+ they are not a good fit as this
is hard to get people to buy really expensive stuff using Facebook ads.

Things to Ensure:

● They are actually an eCommerce website - You can check by seeing if you can order
something from their website - If you can’t add something to your cart and order
something right then and there... the website is NOT an eCommerce site

● EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Ensure you use https://www.verifyemailaddress.org/ to

verify ALL your emails (or any other reliable paid tool you use). - For the emails that are
verified, colour the box in green on the Google sheet.

● You are finding the right person for me to contact (the owner). - You typically find this on
their “about us” page. This is the preferred order. 1. Founder/Co-founder, 2. CEO
3. Managing director. - If their title is something else like “Marketing director”,
“E-commerce manager”, “General Manager” I DO NOT WANT THEIR details.
