KELUARGA ALLAH DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DAY 1#
FLOODED WITH GOD'S LOVE
TODAY'S RHEMA
Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water on him who is thirsty,
And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on
your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;

Christin has been coughing continuously for several

months. She tried various treatments, but her cough did
not go away. She finally decided to see a doctor. Doctors
found fluid in Christin's lungs, and she had to undergo
surgery immediately. Christin felt scared and sad and
did not expect to suffer from a severe illness. Amid her
anxiety, Christin came to God. She began to worship
God, and she felt God present in her worship.

Christin heard in her heart God said, "I will lift your
disease." At that moment, she felt God's great love
covering and embracing her. Immense peace and joy
filled her heart. The feeling of fear she had experienced
disappeared in an instant. Coughs that are usually so
excruciating also healed just like that.

Sometimes the situations and conditions of life we

experience have drained our strength, so without
realizing it, we experience drought. We keep trying and
trying, but all we find is a failure. If any of us are
currently looking for healing water, a spring of joy, a
spring of success, a spring of love, or something else but
haven't been able to find it yet, know that God loves us.
He wants to overwhelm us with happiness, joy, and
peace. Bring all our struggles to Him and let His
abundant love fill our lives and relieve us. Because we
know, by His love, God wants and can turn drought into
abundance.

REFLECTION
God wants to FLOOD our lives with HIS LOVE.

APPLICATIONS
1. Have you experienced God's great love in your life
so far?
2. Why do you think God longs to flood our lives with
His love?
3. What steps will you take to respond to God's love
for you?

TODAY'S PRAYER
"O good Father, we are grateful for Your abundant
love. Teach us always to see Your love and keep
drawing closer to You. Because only with You do we
feel peace. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

DAY 2#
A FLOOD OF GRACE IN OUR LIVES
TODAY'S RHEMA
Psalms 29:10 The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood, And
the LORD sits as King forever.

Living in a city far from her parents to pursue her

education, Jean lived well and with enthusiasm. Until
when Jean received shocking news. From the results of
her health check, she was diagnosed with a tumor that
had to be removed immediately. Even then, she had to
concentrate on working on her thesis as her final study
assignment. Jean was disappointed in God and did not
understand why God seemed to mess up the plans she
had arranged neatly.

The target is to complete the thesis and graduate soon,

but it must be delayed. Coupled with the worry about
the cost of the operation burdening her parents, Jean's
mind was so chaotic. But in helplessness, finally, Jean
decided to surrender and ask God for grace. She told her
parents, and they came with her brother to accompany
Jean to undergo surgery. The love, care, and support she
received blessed her very much. She received one more
surprise because it turned out that the health insurance
had covered all costs that her father had long owned.
Her joy increased when she completed her thesis with
satisfactory grades and graduated with Cum
laude predicate.

Only God can bring a flood of grace into our lives. God
can turn them into abundance and joy, even in drought
and stress. Therefore, let our hearts not be affected by
circumstances. Keep putting your hope and faithfully
waiting on God because He will overwhelm those who
hope in Him with abundant grace and love.

REFLECTION
God has the POWER to bring A FLOOD OF GRACE into
our lives.

APPLICATIONS
1. What kind of drought have you experienced?
2. How important do you think God's grace is in your
life?
3. How has knowing that God has the power to bring
floods of grace into your life?
TODAY'S PRAYER
"Jesus Christ, our LORD, thank You for Your grace in our
life. Teach us to always believe and rely on Your power
of help in every season so that we may experience
floods of grace and victory in our lives. In the name of
Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

DAY 3#
LOVE IS ESSENTIAL AND NEEDED

TODAY'S RHEMA
2 John 1:6 This is love, that we walk according to His
commandments. This is the commandment, that as you
have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.

Falling in love at first sight that's what Jacob

experienced when he met Rachel. That love has not
diminished in the slightest, even though Jacob had to
work for Laban for seven years before being able to
marry Rachel. However, Laban cheated and broke his
promise by giving Leah, Rachel's sister, as Jacob's wife.
Even though he was angry, Jacob agreed to work for
Laban for another seven years to get Rachel.

Married life's journey was challenging for Leah because

Jacob loved Rachel more than herself. Even though
Rachel was barren and Leah had given birth to children
for Jacob, Jacob's love still did not move from Rachel.
We can certainly imagine how heartbroken Leah was,
who missed her husband's love and care.
We, humans, are creatures of love. Humans can't even
live normally without love. Humans need to love and to
be loved. There is great danger threatening when
someone thinks no one loves or wants them. They are
likely to make bad decisions and actions due to a
drought of love. That is why God gave the
commandment that we should live in love. God
understands that love is essential and needed by
everyone. Even among the many extraordinary
identities, God reveals Himself as love (1 John 4:8).
Don't let disappointment, anger, and bitterness dry up
our love. Open your heart to God and receive His love to
flood our lives.

REFLECTION
LOVE is something ESSENTIAL and NEEDED by
everyone.

APPLICATIONS
1. Why do you think love is essential and needed by
everyone?
2. How much impact does love have in your life?
3. What must you do so that God's love can flood your
life?
TODAY'S PRAYER
"O LORD, we give thanks for Your grace and goodness
in our lives. Teach us, Lord to always live in love and
have true love like Your love for us. In the name of
Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

DAY 4#
TRUE SPIRNG OF LOVE
TODAY'S RHEMA
John 4:14 "but whoever drinks of the water that I shall
give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give
him will become in him a fountain of water springing up
into everlasting life. "

That morning, because she was in a rush to go to school,

Lily didn't have time to drink. In the middle of class, Lulu
felt very thirsty. She also found it challenging to focus on
studying. When the recess bell rang, she immediately
ran to the cafeteria and bought a bottle of mineral
water. She drank the water in less than 3 minutes and
finished it dry.

Thirst is a symptom that the body gives when we lack

fluids. As we know, water is one of the vital needs of
humans. It would be hazardous for the body if you
experience severe dehydration. Likewise, when our
souls experience a drought of love, symptoms will
appear, such as feelings of insecurity, melancholy,
lonely, self-pity, and other things that show that we
want to be noticed more.
Many people then try to satisfy their thirst for love by
asking or expecting love from others. But often, this way
will lead to disappointment. Because what we need is
not eros love from the opposite sex or conditional love.
What can satisfy our thirst is only true spring of love
from God. When we make God the source of our love,
the spring of true love will become a spring that never
runs out and continues to flow in our lives. Our love tank
will always be complete so that we will feel not only
unshakable joy but also be able to become a blessing of
love that glorifies God's name.

REFLECTION
Only the TRUE SPRING OF LOVE can SATISFY our thirst.

APPLICATIONS
1. Have you ever experienced a love drought? How did
you feel at that time?
2. How do you overcome that thirst for love?
3. What experiences do you get when you receive
spring of true love from God?

TODAY'S PRAYER
"O good Father, thank You for the spring of true love
you give us. Water that quenches our thirst and turns
our dry hearts into overflowing with love. In the name
of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

DAY 5#
THE UNLIMITED LOVE OF GOD

TODAY'S RHEMA
Lamentations 3:22-23 Through the LORD’S mercies we
are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

As active internet network users, we must have received

unlimited quota offers. With prices that are cheaper and
more profitable compared to other packages, we can
get more flexibility without having to worry about
running out of internet quota. But, if we have reached a
certain quota, the speed will be significantly reduced.
We only have to buy additional quotas infrequently
because we are impatient with a slow network.

Whatever exists in the world is completely limited. Even

though it says unlimited, that doesn't mean it's truly
endless. The same is true of love in the world. At first, "I
really, really love you," but to a certain extent, that love
can fade, even disappear. We will be disappointed if we
put our hope in man because man's love is conditional.
Easy to change and easy to experience ups and downs.
Unlimited love can only be found in Jesus Christ. He will
never let us down because God is love. He is love, and
He is the Source of all love. His love never runs out and
is new every morning. Therefore, give thanks always
because His faithful love floods our lives and satisfies
our hearts' emptiness.

REFLECTION
Don't put your hope in MAN, but in God because only
His love is UNLIMITED.

APPLICATIONS
1. What do you experience and feel when you hope
for humans?
2. What differences have you found between human
love and God's love in your life's journey?
3. What commitment will you make to continue to
experience God's, faithful love?

TODAY'S PRAYER
"Jesus Christ, our LORD, thank You for Your faithful love
that never runs out in our lives. We want to continue to
be attached to You and make You our only LORD and
Savior. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

DAY 6#
THE REAL PROOF OF GOD'S LOVE
TODAY'S RHEMA
1 John 4:9 In this the love of God was manifested toward
us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the
world, that we might live through Him.

When our loved ones have a birthday, we want to give

a special gift. We will save long before that day arrives
to provide the best gift. Remember that we also prepare
beautiful wrapping paper or gift boxes with beautiful
ribbons that adorn them. When a loved one receives the
present, we hope our gift will bring joy, and they can feel
how much we love them.

As we prepare the best gifts for loved ones, God also

prepares and gives us the most beautiful gifts. God sent
His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to come into the
world to save us. Even though we often disappoint and
forget God, His love never changes. He is still a God who
loves us with unlimited love.

December is one of the most awaited moments by all

Christians to celebrate Christmas. The moment when
we not only celebrate the birth of the Savior but are also
reminded again that His birth is actual proof of God's
love for all humankind. Not only to specific ethnic
groups or only to the saints, but God's love overflows for
all people. Today, whoever we are, whatever our
condition, we realize that God loves us and longs to pour
out His love on us. Let's open our hearts wide and accept
God's presence that will flood our lives with His love that
brings joy and peace.

REFLECTION
CHRISTMAS is THE REAL PROOF of GOD'S love for all
humankind.

APPLICATIONS
1. What does Christmas mean to you?
2. How much God's love do you feel in your life?
3. What will you do to respond to God's great love for
you?

TODAY'S PRAYER
"O good Father, thank you for the evidence of Your
great love for us, namely Your only begotten Son, Jesus
Christ. May our hearts always overflow with Your love,
and we may share the love with those around us. In the
name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

RESPOND TO GOD'S STRETCHED HANDS

TODAY'S RHEMA
Psalms 5:11 But let all those rejoice who put their trust
in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend
them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in
You.

Nicky Cruz is the most feared gang leader in New York

City. A dark childhood full of persecution from parents
who adhered to occult teachings made Nicky a brutal
and cruel person. But behind all that, he kept a profound
sense of loneliness. A preacher named David Wilkerson,
who saw how sad Nicky's heart condition was, risked his
life to tell Nicky that God loves him and has the power
to change his life.

Although Nicky responded by slapping and threatening

to kill Wilkerson, these statements about God's love
deeply disturbed Nicky's heart and mind. He and his
gang then went to one of the services held by Pastor
Wilkerson with evil intentions. Nicky never thought that
on that day, his life would change forever. When he
answered Pastor Wilkerson's altar call, Nicky struggled
to hold back the pain and tears, but finally, he gave in
and let God's love embrace him. He felt peace by leaning
on Jesus' chest, and for the first time, he apologized.
Nicky began studying the Bible and became an
evangelist and leader of Nicky Ministries Cruz.

God never wants to force. He faithfully waits for us to

open our hearts and respond to His helping hand. God
wants us to draw closer to Him so that He can protect
our lives more. Don't avoid or reject His helping hand in
this Christmas moment anymore. Let's open our hearts
and let God's love flow in and flood our lives with
unspeakable joy and peace.

REFLECTION
When we OPEN OUR HEARTS and RESPOND to God's
stretched hands, HIS LOVE will flow in and FLOOD our
lives with peace and JOY.

APPLICATIONS
1. How has your heart responded to God's helping
hand so far?
2. Why does God want us to open our hearts and
respond to His helping hand?
3. What do you experience and feel when you
respond to God's love?
TODAY'S PRAYER
"O good Father, thank You for Your patience and
faithful love for us. We surrender ourselves in the hands
of Your love that changes our lives to be new. In the
name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
