Overall, the town is predicted to undergo a number of dramatic changes, the most important
of which will be the destruction of manufacturing plants and the development of green
spaces.
In the north-west, there are three small stores which are projected to merge into a large
supermarket in the next ten years. In the center of the city, factories are expected to be
demolished, leaving room for the growth of trees and housing areas. There will be a new
railway built in the southern part of the map, connecting from the eastern side to the western
one.
