Summary
In my role as a Document Control Manager at Gila-AlTawakol Electric, I utilize my 14 years of organizational
experience to oversee the documentation requirements of multiple projects (Monorail, I-Learn Schools, and
others), by customer specifications and project execution plans. I am proficient in Aconex, a prominent cloud-
based platform for managing project information and processes, and I have customized electronic document
management systems (EDMS) to meet the specific needs of various projects and clients.
My primary areas of expertise include implementing and adapting document control software, verifying document
quality and compliance, tracking document identification and lineage, validating and submitting documents,
and managing document access and archiving. Additionally, I provide training and support to engineers and
administrators, ensuring that they can effectively and efficiently utilize the document control system. My goal is to
guarantee that all project documentation is reliable, thorough, consistent, and secure, and to facilitate seamless
communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
