    SIR:

    Greetings of Peace and utmost Prosperity!

    I have been working for the HEP for almost a year as a regular equipment officer C and
    have rendered over two years of service as cadet engineer and electrician B, and my passion in
    working for the HEP is ever high.

    In this regard, I would like to express my intention to apply for the house unit registered
    to late Mr. Dimapunung M. Onayan, former Sr. Welder, located in Agus 2 HEP, Pawak,
    Saguiaran for the following compelling reasons:

    1. Our house has deteriorated due to old age and it puts my family in a lot of dilemma. We
    get rained on whenever it rains because the roofs are riddled with holes. The area is also
    prone to flooding;
    2. My father passed our house on to my sisters of whom one has a family of five. One of
    them plans to have our old house reconstructed with my support, but this will take time
    because we are facing financial constraints;
    3. Our house has two rooms and can shelter two families max. However, there are twelve
    of us residing there. Its being jam-packed disallows us to have privacy. Not to mention, it
    is difficult for me to focus on my undertakings with that many people;
    4. In addition, it is no longer conducive for us amid the Covid-19 pandemic and the health
    risks it poses;

    To be granted the vacated house would truly relieve the burden we have been facing. This
    will also allow me to maximize my productivity and improve my effectiveness as an engineer to
    the HEP.

    Attached is the actual photo of our old house for your kind perusal.
