India- Supply People Performance Update, Jun 2023

Context

2023 is expected to be a good year after 2 years of continuously ravaged economy due to Covid and 1 year of limping back to normalcy.
The market is completely open, and economy seems to be buoyance. The business is expected to be firing all cylinders. In 2022 we
achieved a significant milestone of Budweiser 2 million delivery, targeting a milestone of 3 million delivery in 2023. Productivity target
for 2023 is 50% higher w.r.t 2022. To support this transition focus is on people capability development through various initiatives,
productivity enhancement through special projects, prudent cost control measures and increment in DEI on the shopfloor.
