TRAILER BILL OF SALE

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of $400.00 U.S. Dollars, paid by Cash,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, BOOST MANAGEMENT LLC
(the "Seller"), presently of PO BOX 430, OZONA, Florida 34660 DOES HEREBY SELL,
ASSIGN, AND TRANSFER to CHRISTOPHER FINK (the "Buyer"), presently of 6630
CANDICE LANE, NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida 34653, the following described trailer (the
"Trailer"):

Make: SNOW BEAR UTILITY TRAILER

The Trailer is being sold on an "AS IS" basis and the Seller explicitly disclaims all warranties,
whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty as to the condition of
the Trailer. However, the Seller's above warranty disclaimer does not, in any way, affect the
terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the Trailer.

The Buyer has been given the opportunity to inspect the Trailer, or alternatively, have the Trailer
inspected. Additionally, the Buyer has accepted the Trailer in its existing condition.

The Seller certifies under penalty of perjury that the statements made in this Bill of Sale are true
and correct to the best knowledge of the Seller.
