1. Which installation mode is suitable for the site?

Picture in the left is axis installation, and picture in the right is parallel installation.
if there is enough space at the client site, we usually choose the axis installation, if not, we can choose the
parallel installation.

2. What’s the distance between the supports in two ends? (we need this parameter to calculating the length
of header)

3. What’s the width of the fabric (or wire)? (we need this parameter to calculate the quantity of the nozzles)
4. What’s the distance from the support to the fabric? (“BD” and “BC” in the picture below) (according to
these two distances, we can confirm the nozzle position)

5. Note: This minimum distance between two nozzles in header (“NS” in the pic below) is 75mm.

6. The stroke of oscillator

Normally we set the stroke as double of NS (distance between two nozzles). (e.g. If NS is 75mm, the stroke
we recommend setting as 150mm.)

7. Confirm the direction of the nozzles and the position of inlet and drain valve and confirm these
connection size and specification.
