Capture Learning and Search for Meaning Dialogue is a process of communication that encourages participants to create a shared learning experience and approach all interactions as a generative exercise. This requires speakers to build on previous statements instead of argue and listen to understand the speakers position as opposed to seeking only perspectives that complement an already establish frame of mind.
