 PPE supply was stable during the week except for hard hats and safety belts).
 Cap lamp compliment - 497, Total functional Cap lamps - 555. (Received 50 new cap lamps)
 Total gas testers –16, functional gas testers -13, (3 Faulty).
 Currently mining has a total of 459 safety belts.
 Safety belts in stock – 5.
5.0. Compliance Issues
 One hour reentry assessment is due and the Inspectorate has not indicated a possible date to visit the mine.

6.0. Induction/Training
 7 new employees went through the pre-employment safety induction.
 2 employees from leave were inducted on return to work safety.
 3 contractors went through the pre-employment safety induction.

7.0 Comment on accident prevention strategies.
