This year, our strides in 5G technology has placed as a leader in the 5G landscape. The successful
rollout of 5G services has not only positioned us at the forefront of technological advancement but has
also set a new standard for connectivity and innovation in the industry.

In addition to the world class technology, the impactful product interventions like JioBharat for 2G
market & JioPlus for HNI segment have been a game-changer and offered unparalleled features and
services that have not only met but exceeded customer expectations. These products have played a
pivotal role in denting the competition, solidifying our position as a customer-centric and forward-
thinking company.

Additionally, Launch of AirFiber has made a big difference, especially in reaching far-off rural areas in
offering JioFiber services. This effort shows our commitment to making a positive impact on society
and making sure that everyone across the country can enjoy the benefits of advanced technology.

 BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS

• Mobility - Jio Bharat stock levels increased to 85,000, resulting in 12% growth in November. Additionally,
Jio launched an Airfiber pilot in 24 towns and achieved impressive performance in JC Town, ranking No.3.
The acquisition of 3.08 lakh customers, with 41% from MNP, showcases strong growth. The PIPO rate is at
a healthy 168%, and customer retention through the JCA Channel reached 3.11 lakh recharges, generating
a record-high revenue of 5.92 crore.

• Enterprise Team is leading nationally in overall enterprise business revenue and connectivity. They have
consistently ranked 15th in volumes/links for 15 months. Channel managers occupied top positions across
India. Telangana is also the only state to top in FTTX deliveries and has experienced over 50% growth in
overall revenues for FY-Q2 vs Q3. They have also won the largest deal worth 1 Cr from the Chaitanya
Group of College.

• Home business, Telangana is the number one state for Absolute Fiber connected homes in November’23 &
team has done successful implementation of Airfiber.
 BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS

• CSD Team is the top-ranked state nationally in overall enterprise business revenue and connectivity. Team
have consistently maintained the 15th position in volumes/links. Telangana's channel business has been
ranked No.1. Channel managers occupying top positions across India. Team have achieved significant
milestones such as being the only state to top in FTTX deliveries and experiencing over 50% growth in
overall revenues for FY-Q2 vs Q3.

• Partner Program successfully launched in 42 towns. Partner team ranks No.4 with highest number of
active base with over 12,000 active user. 6 FSA’s have reached +500 Active Customer Base. Also, achieved
the highest extraction with 62% in Gajwel is a significant accomplishment.

• The eNodeB project has achieved a 99.40% completion rate, with over 10,986 eNB RFS sites providing
widespread coverage adding the implementation of 110 solutions across various projects. The 5G project
has made significant progress, with 72 sites RFS and a 96% completion rate. Jio Air-Fiber has been rolled
out with 206 sites and 522 sectors ready, expanding high-speed fiber-optic internet services.

Let us know about Mr. Srinivas Nair Manyil, State Mobility Care lead, CSD,
who has passion for cycling & recently completed 2 cycling challenges.

In the November Cycling challenge organized by Pedals Power, Mr. Srinivas

covered an impressive distance of 218 KMs in just 10 days & receive the
Certificate.
Additionally, he has participated in the Jio Mumbai Sustainability Cyclothon
(Virtual Ride 25 KMs) and completed the ride in an impressive time of 2
hours and 32 minutes.

His Passion for cycling & efforts makes him staying active and healthy. It's
inspiring to see our employee taking up such challenges and achieving their
dedication and commitment to cycling is truly inspiring. Keep it up..!!
