 PPE supply was stable during the week except for work suits and cap lamp belts).
 Cap lamp compliment - 497, Total functional Cap lamps - 555.
 Total gas testers –16, functional gas testers -13, (3 Faulty).
 Currently mining has a total of 459 safety belts.
 Safety belts in stock: 45.
5.0. Compliance Issues
 One hour reentry assessment is due and the Inspectorate has not indicated a possible date to visit the mine.

6.0. Induction/Training
 4 new employees went through the pre-employment safety standard procedures induction.
 4 employees from leave were inducted on return to work safety.
 280 employees went through Safety Awareness on Behavior Based Safety.
 10 team leaders went through Supervisors competency training.
