    Dear Sir/Maam:

    Good Day!

    I am writing this letter in behalf of the Ubian Mini Parish Church. The Church was
    built since year 2014. And as of now, we do really have active and eager members and
    are ready to fulfill Our Pastoral Goals that is to provide a framework and foundation to
    continue Holy Family’s growth as an active and energized community focused on
    deepening our faith and spiritual connection to God.

    It is our tradition that every Christmas season, we conduct house to house caroling
    from a few chosen people. Your family is chosen to conduct a caroling for the benefits
    of our church and our active Youth Members.

    In line with this, we would like to ask for your permission for us to be able to sing
    to you some Christmas carols. We are planning that we will be at your home in
    December, preferably in the afternoon.
    We hope that you will grant us the permission for this request. Any generous
    financial support will be gladly appreciated. We pray that God will repay you more
    financially and in health that you may have more blessings to share again!
