Please make sure that you get the HSRP affixed on Your Scheduled fitment date. Failure to do so, may have legal consequences.
Do not miss your appointment as we are experiencing a huge rush and a new appointment date may not be available in the near future.
1. Present this receipt to the dealer for fitment of HSRP

3. Calling time ( 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) (Monday to Saturday)
4. You can reschedule your appointment for future dates only. The appointment once booked cannot be preponed.
5. Orders can be tracked/ modified/ canceled by visiting www.makemyhsrp.com and logging in using your Vehicle's registration
number and your registered phone number. Orders can't be Edited/ Canceled once we start making the order.
6. Money for canceled/rejected orders shall be refunded back within 15 working days.
7. In case of fitment at Dealer's end, the responsibility of Celex would be to deliver the HSRP to the dealer's address of customer's
choice. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring the vehicle to the selected dealer to get the HSRP affixed.
8. If the HSRP is not affixed within 6 months from the original affixing date, it shall be destroyed and no refund shall be given in any
circumstances.
9. This plate is covered under warranty for 5 Years as per Rule 50 of CMVR 1989.
10. Amount charged in the above invoice is for HSRP including Snap locks and TLP(if applicable) and
Fitment only. If any additional bracket/ frame is required to mount the HSRP, it has to be purchased
separately.
Please note that, You don't have to pay any other extra charges for affixing the HSRP.
