Sub: Loan Recall Notice
Under instructions from and on behalf of my client IDFC FIRST Bank Limited having heir office at 4th Floor, 401-407, A – Wing ,
Technopolis Knowledge Park , Mahakali cave Road , Andheri (E) , Mumbai – 400093 , I have to address you this as under :-

1. My Client states that you had approached my client for availing a CONSUMER LOAN facility as referred above. Pursuant ot
your application he above referred Loan facility was provided o you and a Loan Agreement was thereafter executed with my
client thereby agreeing to the terms and conditions governing the said Agreement .
2. My client state that in spite of repeated demands , you have committed series of defaults of the terms and conditions of the
loan Agreement and failed to pay the monthly installments/ fees/other towards repayment of the loan facility amount on the
due dates along with interest as per the terms of the loan Agreement .
3. My client states that in view of the your repeated and continuous breach of the terms and conditions of the agreement and in
particular non-payment of the loan amount as assured , my client hereby recall the said loan facility and call upon you to pay
the entire outstanding balance of Rs. 6 /- together with interest and charges as per the terms of the said Agreement within 7
days form receipt of this notice along with additional interest @24% till realization of the outstanding amount .
4. You may please note that my clients are also invoking arbitration clause with the present notice and n your failure to comply
with the requisites contained herein the same could seriously impact your credit score/ rating and your ability to borrow
funds in future . that further my clients shall be compelled to take appropriate legal action which shall include civil/criminal /
arbitration against you which shall include filing, in matter without any further reference to you which shall be entirely at your
risk as to the cost and consequences thereof.
5. You may ignore this notice at your own cost and peril. Further kindly note that this letter is without prejudice to any of the
terms and conditions as per the said Agreement .
