Camera
Q: After password update in Intelligent Command S35 camera goes offline.

A: After you update the password, S35 cameras goes offline for 5 – 7 minutes and comes online. User will get a
recording gap from 5 – 7 minutes.

Q: Overview page is not showing any camera in ProWatch Intelligent Command VMS in VMS and user not able to
see the recording status.

A: In integrated access and video deployment, once the VMS configuration is downloaded to PW, manually
associate the partitions with the users to display the camera recorder status in the overview tab.
To associate the partitions, follow the below steps:
1. Select Database Configuration > Users from Pro‐Watch navigation pane.
2. Double‐click your username/icon to display the Edit Users screen.
3. Select the Partitions tab.
4. Click the Add button to display the Partitions Maintenance dialog box.
5. Select the partition from the Partitions Maintenance dialog box and click ok.
