Reporting Support Marketing

 Rates
A fee of USD 300.00 per report will be charged which
T&D Analysis includes:

Maximum of 4 revision per report. If required, any

additional revision will be charged as USD 50.00.
Unlimited remote technical support.

A fee of USD 200.00 per day will be charged for field

Field Support support in the rig and includes:

Deployment of tools and monitoring of performance.

Unlimited in-situ T&D simulations.
Daily updates and company representation in the rig.
Remarks:
1. For the Field Support Charges, the Company has to assist and arrange accordingly all the rig pass,
HSE training and BOSIET course in order to access the rig.
2. The Company has to pay the charges for all the medical check-up required from ADNOC with regards
to Field Support Engineers.
3. The Company has to provide all HSE equipment with compliance of ADNOC requirements.
4. The Company has to pay hotel accommodation and flight ticket - round trip (Quito to Abu Dhabi) for
each Call Out.
5. For BD and Marketing requirements, a monthly fee of USD6,500.00 will be charged which will include
the following: providing engineering administrative support, promoting equipment and services to
ADNOC engineers, preparation of T&D analysis, quotation and tenders as well as field support if
required with respective charges. In this case, Company shall be in charge of organizing the residence
permit together with the round trip ticket.
