• 2023 or 2024 pass-outs only
• 2024 graduates who are in final semester will be considered just as Interns. Only after
successful completion of academics, they will be promoted as SET

• 1 copy of the walk-in drive call letter from Kasadara (Shortlisted profiles will receive it in email)
• Original Aadhar / PAN card
• 1 passport-size photo (should be taken in the last 6 months)

Job Description

Engineers will be assigned to projects depending on their interests and abilities, as well as the needs
of the organization.

• Computer programming knowledge in any language (.NET preferable).

• Experience with any RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Software research, design, implementation, and management
• Documentation of software
• Putting new programs through testing and evaluation
• Creating and deploying efficient code
• Assessing operational feasibility
• Implementation of software tools, procedures, and metrics
• Upkeep and improvement of current systems

Must have skills:

• Good communications skills in English (verbal and written)

• Good understanding in the areas of interest of their core subjects
• Good problem-solving skills and programming skills in any language

Selection Process:

• Written Test (Aptitude and Essay writing)

• Group discussion (Based on the applicants count)
• Technical Interview
• HR Interview
• Final Interview

Compensation:
• 12k per month during internship / training.
• Placement will be provided for those who successfully complete the internship/training and the
package will be revised purely based on performance. Annual salary increments are 25% or
more for top performers.
