ALL ADMISSION SALES ARE FINAL – NO MONEY REFUNDED – NO EXCHANGES – EVENT DATE & TIME
SUBJECT TO CHANGE. In the event of a postponement of the Event, this Admission will be honored on the date
the Event is held.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, including the Event for
which you are purchasing admission. Patron assumes all risks, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to and
recognizes that attendance at the Event is voluntary and may result in personal injury, including possible death,
and/or property damage. Patron agrees to stay alert and remain aware of all surroundings. Patron agrees that all
participants, sanctioning bodies, sponsors, partners and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Track, its
affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the Event, including claims of
negligence.
Patron acknowledges and agrees Track may deny entry to or may eject Patron, without refund, if Patron and/or
Minor(s): (a) violate any rules or policies of the Track; (b) engages in conduct deemed by the Track to be improper,
disorderly, or unbecoming; or (c) in the sole judgment of the Track, is engaging in activity or causing a disturbance
prohibiting attendees at the Event from enjoying the Event.
Patron and/or Minor(s) irrevocably grants to Track and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use
any image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media for all purposes, including advertising,
trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Patron hereby waives any and all claims
that Patron and/or Minor may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of
copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of either’s image as described
herein.
Any passes obtained from sources other than Track or its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such
cases will not be honored. Admissions may not be resold. Admissions may not be used for advertising, promotions
(including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of
Track.
NASCAR owns rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means
(including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal,
digital signal, and the Internet) all images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR Event and NASCAR
shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and
to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images sounds and data
arising from or during any NASCAR Event. The bearer of any admissions purchased via this document agrees not to
take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would contravene, diminish, encroach or infringe upon
these NASCAR rights.
Use of this Admission constitutes acceptance of these terms.
