(INEC), Promulgated: Applicant. December 9, 2022 x x ORDER On 23 July 2012, Applicant Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (INEC) filed an Application dated 25 June 2012 for the approval of its Unplanned Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) project. After acquiring jurisdiction over the subject matter of the instant case, several hearings were conducted by the Commission. INEC filed its Formal Offer of Evidence (FOE) on 25 April 2014. To facilitate the final evaluation of the instant Application, the Commission finds it necessary to require the Applicant INEC to submit additional documents. ACCORDINGLY, INEC is hereby DIRECTED to submit an update of its CAPEX Application and additional documents, using the attached Annex “A”, such as official receipts and Bill of Materials in excel file with corresponding receipt numbers, via the official electronic mail address of the Commission’s Central Records DivisionERC Case No. 2012-094 RC Order /o9 December 2022 Page 2 0f5 (CRD) at docket@ere.ph. The Applicant is given ten (10) days from receipt of this Order to SUBMIT the aforementioned documents. FURTHER, INEC is hereby DIRECTED to file, through personal service, or ordinary or registered mail, or private courier, its compliance to the Commission’s CRD, within five (5) working days from the date its electronic filing is acknowledged by the CRD pursuant to the Commission’s Resolution No. 09, Series of 2020 dated 24 September 2020.!
