This has been viewed very seriously being sheer and willful contravention of contract provisions and applicable laws, which undoubtedly undermines the dedication of the staff deployed for the project work, which is bound to suffer due to the financial crunch besides affecting the project work despite the fact that this office is releasing the payments promptly for the bills submitted in this office. Such complaints casts aspersion on the working of NHAI, which in no case is acceptable to the Authority. 2.
